Hi *** *** , We have resolved this matter with customer There was a misunderstanding on our part with this item that was sold We made a mistake on our end on way it was shipped to customer inner and outer tie rod ends were supposed to be included with the complete rack and pinion that
was soldWe refunded $as agreed with *** *** that will cover the cost of inner and outer tie rod ends and labor that was required to replace partsPlus programing that was required to make the replacement part number work. see attached receipt for refund done back to customers card.Please let me know if there's anything else that I need to do make sure that We are in good standing.
