they never called my phone to try to reach me & I already tried talking to this man who is the  service manager & got no where I would like the refund I requested originally & stop his stalling  thank you

Review: I leased a car from this company. The sales representative lied to me about the terms of the contract. When I tried to reach them about this issue, no one ever returned my phone calls. There are more than 20 phone calls and messages in the span of the last two months that still remain unreturned. The company's entire behavior has been very unprofessional. I would not trust anything they say, or promise to do. The sales rep lied to me about the product he was selling. Had he told me the truth about this clause on the contract, I wouldn't have gotten the car. I find it disturbing that I was lied to, just so they could make a sale.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to honor what they had promised me the day that I signed the contract.

Review: On April 30,2014 my son and I purchased a new [redacted] GLK350. Two hours later I had to come back to the dealer because the trunk opened and closed by itself. [redacted], the service adviser inspected my trunk, but did not record the issue. I experienced this problem every week and kept calling [redacted], my sales representative. He advised me to call him if there were any problems, and he would arrange the service visit. No one ever called me back. On October 2, my son and I were leaving our building garage and the trunk opened without any sound or notification. It hit the metal ceiling of the garage, breaking the glass and completely destroying the trunk. I reported the issue to[redacted] and my local police department, and brought the car to the dealer in the morning. The dealer service reps denied responsibility, and the corporate office didn't do investigation. I requested a copy of the investigation report, but, the dealer and corporate office stated that they had no report and advised me that this is not a manufacturers defect. They contacted my daughter asking for $4,400 in cash to repair the trunk. When I called the service department, I spoke to [redacted]. He stated that he started the repair, and later said he needed to order parts. I refused to pay cash, so I filed an insurance claim, but, the dealer refused to allow the insurance adjuster to inspect my car. My insurance company offered to make repairs, and I agreed. Now the dealer wont release my car to the repair company and wants to charge my son $55.00 per day for storage. This dealership also went to my building management requesting information on me. I feel like I lost my privacy. They allowed themselves into my building garage and repossessed a loaner car. They sold us a defective car and there is no end to this abuse. I was advised by [redacted] that I am banned from the dealer and not allowed to hire an attorney. They sold me a service plan for maintenance, which I cant even use now since they refuse to work on my car. The records this dealer creates is only for their convenience and to cover themselves up. In the past we had 3 other [redacted] from this dealer and we never had an issue. This car is simply defective and their organization uses deceptive and fraudulent practices. Also, the dealer didn't apply my employer discount of $2,500 which they said would.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund, the car was defected. [redacted] dealer refuse to fix the car.I was mislead at the time of purchase and my coupon of $2,500. was not applied towards my purchase . I want a full refund to purchase a new car with better dealer .

Review: I purchased a car from Benzel Busch Dealership ~2 years ago. On September 30, 2015 I left that car for service with the dealership for routine service. While my car was in service, Benzel Busch provided a loaner car.

During the time I had the loaner car, an accident occurred with another vehicle on October 2, 2015. I subsequently filed an insurance claim with my auto insurance company. However, citing federal law, the insurance company claimed that not them, but Benzel Busch is liable for the damages to the loaner car. Benzel Busch denies this claim and has charged my credit card for the damages to the car.

Benzel Busch said that once an insurance claim was made, they would work with the insurance company and refund the credit card charges. However, they have not refunded the charges. Additionally, Benzel Busch has failed to provide any insurance information to me or to my insurance company to date.Desired Settlement: I would like for this claim to be properly resolved based on the law. Benzel Busch is claiming no responsibility and is not working toward resolution with the other parties, namely my auto insurance company and myself.

Review: We ordered a vehicle from Benzel Busch to be shipped from Alabama MB factory In January of 2015 car arrived at dealership and was ready for delivery. Upon inspection the wheels on the car were not those that appeared in all manufactures advertising material. The Dealer called the Manufacturer who agreed we were correct. We accepted the car at that time, with the proviso that the wheeels would be changed. We have waited nine months for action: an inordinate amout of time. The dealer has engaged in classic bait and switch tactics and now has no intention of replacing these wheels.Desired Settlement: The dealer must immediatley remove the improper wheels from our vehicle, and subject to our aproval mount four bright metal chrome wheels, similar to those advertised in commercials, in brochures and on display on their showroom floor.
