I am committed to completing this project for my customers. They will be able to stop by my shop on 1/12/to look over their items to make sure things are correct. Installation will be 1/13/and 1/16/17. Templates for the countertops can be scheduled anytime after 1/13. I
will void my contract with them and refund their deposit if they are not able to view their items on 1/12. Thank you

We will be installing the final items on Monday and Tuesday of next week since we are still working on finishing the rest of the project.  Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The contractor has rewritten the contract on 3 separate occasions nearly word for word the way he responded to the above complaint the day of install he usually sends an email about 4:30 in the morning with some excuse. Upon reading his Facebook page of his business that is what all of the reviews said happens. We have allowed him to get by with rewriting the contract before with guarantees of refund twice before and yet here we are again. He has not contacted us about seeing the finished project yet. After researching his business practices this seems to be how nearly all of his projects go. We will see if he comes through on the 12th. If we have no cabinets we will have to see what the Revdex.com or a lawyer can do for us if he just blows us of again with a rewritten contract with a guarantee of refund again.
