Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This is in response to the letter from Ber-National which they forwarded in response to our complaint.Facts:To date, [redacted] has paid $18,750. $18,per the estimate that they provided to us and $for the additional key cards. They are saying that we owe them additional money for sales tax.We have repeatedly asked them to send us a break out of the costs, since this work should be considered capital improvement for our business and not subject to sales tax. They have refused to send us any breakout of product cost or services. Under NYS law it is a consumer’s right to see all costs related to products or services delivered.Below are a few emails going back and forth requesting the breakout of costs Regards, [redacted] ***

In response to the complaint listed above, on May 5, Bill [redacted] issued a proposal for a Parking Control System to [redacted] for the [redacted] in the dollar amount of$18,250.00, which included per their request and they agreed upon all civil work, including concrete island and trenchingAlso an option if the customer chose to purchase Clam Shell Cards at a cost of$5.00/cardThey indicated they wanted to purchase their own PC for the: job, which was noted in the proposal (existing PC)Per t he terms as noted in the last paragraph of the proposal, 5O% due upon acceptance, which our invoice [redacted] dated May 9, was mailed and paid by the customer on May 17, acknowledging the terms of 5O% down payment thus her knowing the purchase priceOn August 11, an invoice for the final 5O% of the job/installation was mailed (we issued the 5O% at that time and not the 40% upon equipment delivery, because the equipment arrive and were installing at the same time frame, thus dosing out the installation) On September 6, we received payment of $8,against invoice [redacted] On September 11,we received a check for $(marked final payment) we applied that to invoice [redacted] balance now due on Invoice [redacted] $1,The customer ordered Clam Shell Cards Invoice [redacted] Total $balance unpaid at this timeTotal Due from Customer still outstanding as of this date $1,All documentation is attached
