Regards,As clearly stated in my original complaint the AC system was not leaking and was not low on FreonThe system was working because it had been shut down for a length of time and allowed to coolThat is the only reason the system worked when the technician left it had been off for a whileAs stated originally when the technician came and fixed the unit he realized there were several problems that were not addressed as well as the fact that the system was not low on Freon but was charged anywayThis cause the system to be overfilled which had to then be drainedI absolutely refuse to pay for free on that was not needed beyond the fact that the technician didNot address the issues that I knew to be wrongI am being more than reasonable by accepting to be charged $service call but I will not pay for free on that the system clearly didn't need

I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the recent service we attempted to provideOur service technicians are continually coached on engaging and listening to customersAlso, they are thoroughly trained by manufacturers and us on diagnosing various types of equipment issues,
including reasonable and economic options to recommend to customers. During his preliminary diagnosis, the technician determined that your system was working and that the refrigerant level was a little low as well as a few other maintenance items that should have been addressed. You chose to have the refrigerant filled and declined the other maintenance items indicating you would do them yourselfWhen our service technician was finished with the refrigerant he confirmed that your system was operating correctly.Due to the complexity of modern HVAC equipment and the installation of a zone system in your business,it is possible there could be multiple intermittent issues.This is why our company offers a 30-day warranty on our service calls. However, we were not given the opportunity to perform a more thorough diagnosis to determine if any additional intermittent issuesexisted because you chose to call another company.Because we strive to have all satisfied customers, we will reimburse you $off of our service call charges.I hope you realize our genuine concern for you as our customer and our desire to retain you as our customerPlease consider us for any of your future heating and air conditioning service needs.Thank youScott Hill
