Sent: Wednesday, July 20, 5:PM Subject: Claim [redacted] In reference to claim [redacted] , [redacted] vs Amazing Wristbands, Ms [redacted] placed an order for 5,metallic gold silicone wristbands This is one of our most popular colors and is based on the [redacted] Color Match System This is a universal color coding system for textiles, plastics, paper goods, inks, paints, silicone, and many other products The [redacted] color for the silicone wristband is [redacted] ** The customer received the exact [redacted] color that she ordered The customer sent us photos of the custom wristbands she ordered placed next to items that had a Gold Foil and/or Gold Leafing effect to them Essentially, she wanted a highly reflective golden foil This effect is not possible with a silicone wristband At no time did Amazing Wristbands lead her to believe this was possible We have many real photos of our metallic gold wristbands ( [redacted] *) on our website and social media pages The customer also sees a virtual version of the wristband, displayed in the actual [redacted] color ( [redacted] *) Additionally, we provide the customer with a digital design proof, again in the exact [redacted] color she chose, with the [redacted] Color displayed below the design Ms [redacted] approved the designOur products are made to order and all are custom We do not offer refunds on custom made products Every part of this order was made custom The silicone, the mold for her design These items cannot be reused The customer agrees to this two times in our terms and conditions However, if a product is incorrectly made or poorly made, then we will remake the order correctly for the customer at no cost The remade order must be exact the same, only made correctlyThe color she received was accurate and exactly what she chose and approved Ms [redacted] also had wanted Amazing Wristbands to pay for her return shipping costs There are no returns for customized products We offered to remake the order for her if she could show us that the bands were not correct We keep 3-samples of every order we ship out for at least Days Based on Ms***’s photos and us referencing the samples, the color is accurate A new order would look identical and Ms [redacted] clearly stated that she did not want thatAnother comment from Ms [redacted] was that the silicone wristbands look like “big rubber bands” That is essentially what they are They are 2mm thick silicone rubber wristbands We can only assume that Ms [redacted] believed this product to be something other than a silicone wristband We sell silicone wristbands This was clearly stated in all documentation, and on our website, all of our marketing materials, as well as in her order receipt and the design proof she approvedWe can only assume that she wanted a different type of product; perhaps costume jewelry However, she purchased a 100% custom silicone wristband order, she chose the color of the bands, agreed that she understood the terms and that once the order has been produced it cannot be returned or refunded, two times, once when she creates her account and once when checking out, and she approved the colorOur Terms and conditions are in the blue link included in this letter Ms [redacted] attempted to request a chargeback to her credit card for the wristbands This was eventually denied to her by the credit card company since we did provide to her exactly the product that we promised and she approved of -- Cindy M [redacted] Administrative Assistant Amazing Wristbands *** [redacted] Tel: 800-269-Fax: [redacted]

Sent: Monday, July 18, 6:PM Subject: Complaint *** In response to the complaint ***, *** *** vsAmazing Wristbands, we contacted the customer and told her that we would gladly remake the order a second time to correct the black bleeding through. We also let
her know at that time that there was no way we could guarantee that the message could be only over a certain area on the wristbands in a certain color. This is stated in our terms and conditions located at the following address:https://www.amazingwristbands.com/policies#terms. At the time of the first production, we offered an alternative that would work better for her needs, but she declined and confirmed that she understood that we cannot guarantee that the message would be placed in a certain color. We remade the wristbands and sent them to her a second time. She received them and was unhappy still that the message was not solely on a certain color, but the bleeding affect had been resolved or at least minimized. She wanted yet a third set made or a full refund, including return shipping. Since it is a custom order, we do not offer refunds, again stated in the terms and conditions. However, if there is an error on our part, we will try our best to correct it. Since her dissatisfaction was not due to an error, but rather a problem that she was previously informed about and still decided to continue with the order as placed, we are unable to correct the problem to her satisfaction. We did everything we could to correct the areas that were within our means, including sending out a second set at no charge to her. Sent: Tuesday, July 19, 10:AM Subject: Claim *** In response to claim ***, *** *** vs Amazing wristbands: Due to the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee that the product will look exactly like the proof. The production of the band itself involves
combining multiple colors and some bleeding may occur between the colors. The best way to describe the process of making the bands is that it is like that of putting different colors of playdoh together. Some bleeding and color variations between the segments is to be expected. The bands that were sent to her appear to be relatively uniform in the size of the segments of each color. Although, as mentioned before, bleeding is observed. We offered to remake the bands and attempt to get as much of the writing on the black portion as possible. However, the digital proof that the customer approved also shows some test running into the other colors. The customer never specified that we must have the text only in the black portion of the band. The customer denied the remake as stated in the complaint. It would be very difficult to get all of the writing in only one specific color. Based on the pictures the client sent us, the writing is clearly visible on all of the bands, it is just not solely on one color. Also from the photos provided, we can only see wristbands that have the bleeding issue Our terms and conditions are on the website and can be viewed by clicking this link: Amazing Wristbands Terms and Conditions .
