I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. In my conversation with Kent J***, he said they would refund my $"tomorrow" ( 4/6/17) and follwith a call on Friday, 4/7/17. Well, I got no call and no check. I was beginning to think this was never going to be resolved with the company, but I finally received a check on Wednesday, 4/12/in the amount of $230. It will be interesting to see if MrJ*** sends me those comfort seats, as promised, but at least my money was refunded. I do thank the Revdex.com for making this happen. Regards,
