I have been in touch with [redacted] many times We are trying to get it fixed I had one contractor go who could do the work and [redacted] would not allow him back in I got another bid but it was way too high He keeps threatening even though I am working on it I have a guy who can do it but [redacted] said he's taking care of and I told [redacted] this My guy who can do it is busy and just finished a paint job for me I have offered $1,to pay for it if he wants to handle it He says he has not heard back It was Tuesday when I offered this I have to get approval before I cut him a check for $1, He is more than welcome to sue the owner but filing a complaint against me nonsense [redacted] is not a client of mine I do not manage the HOA for the building I do not own the condo above him I simply cannot just spend money or send him money to him without the owner's approval
