purchased.  Through looking at all of the documentationin her contract, the warranty selected for purchase was in fact a preferredwrap plan, which extends and enhances the factory warranty from 36 month/36,000miles to a 48 month/60,000 mile warranty. We did contact the warranty company, Protective Administrative Servicesto get clarification on the contract itself and what information the customerreceives upon the new purchase of a warranty.   The customer completes a registration page at thedealership, which is then submit to the Protective Administrative Services,after the contract is made effective based on the customers selections they aresent a warranty book which outlines the terms of their contract and offerscontact information if there are any questions. Upon receiving this, in March of 2013, if [redacted] had any concernsabout what she had purchased this would have been the time to address them andmake any changes. Berge Mazda Volkswagen does not believe in and will notparticipate in bait and switch tactics that [redacted] believes we havedone.  We do strive for the best customersales satisfaction and will be reviewing our process and procedures as aresult. If you should have any questions please contact [redacted]at [redacted] or [redacted] Berge Mazda Volkswagen CustomerRelations Manager. Sincerely,[redacted]General Manger Berge Mazda Volkswagen
