They are rip-off artists.You ask them to replace a part in the computer.What do they do?They add an external part that you or I could have put in.You only had to stick it in the USB port.Also they charge over twice the cost for the part.You could get the part for less than half the price on New egg or Amazon(the same exact part)My desktop just needed to be tweaked and to also put in the internal part(which would have cost more plus labor costs)They have no understanding at all on fixing desktops.When I tried to reason with them for a partial refund.All they said was we are sending you to collections.They also said my credit would be ruined and that the collection agency would sue me.Why is there address different?They moved and did tell the Revdex.com,credit card company or Consumer affairs of NJ.There phone number is also wrong.They also blocked me when I tried to use two different company email address's.No agency want's to get involved so I have to go to small claims court and spend 42.00 Just to put in a claim.Which I can get reimbursed if I win in court.It says that are endorsed by the Revdex.com.Yet if you go on the Revdex.com,they are not credited.Most of the information on the website is wrong and most of the people do not endorse them at all.They are a bunch of young arrogant lazy tech's,who think that they know everything.If they do something wrong,they will not communicate with you at all,and threaten you.Stick with the geek squad.The technicians are very professional and treat you with respect.And if they do not fix the problem,they will not charge you at all.The Geek squad charges 10.00 less for a diagnostic check-up,and they come to your house!!!
