Hi I emailed c/s Back In Aug about a Bergen BK5 lamp holder that I bought that seems to have failed. To-date the they have not replied to the email I tired contacting them though there *** and *** pages no one replies there.

We stand behind our products! Bergen guarantees that its products are free from material and workmanship defect when under the normal use for which it was intended. Any product proven defective within 6 months of the date of sale will be replaced by Bergen.
but no one replies to emails and there *** and *** pages although they have lots of time to post ads they don't have time to reply to customers.

Thanks for your inquiry. Mr. warranty claim in regard to the Bergen item BK5 was received by our tech dept on September 17th.
The warranty was approved and processed that same day.
This replacement was shipped on the 18th of September via ***: *** and delivered on 9/23 @ 9:45am.
Unfortunately, the email that was submitted on the 18th, was the only email we received from Mr.. We take pride in responding to our customers in an expeditious manner, so my only thought could be our company's malware/spyware may have blocked initial emails.

the first time contacted *** on aug 18th I got this automated reply on the 19th Thank you for your interest in Bergen Industries.
Your email was received and is being forwarded to the appropriate department. no one ever replied to that though it wasn't until I tired contacting the parent company ecm that someone finally got back to me. whoever reads the Bergen *** reads but ignores customer emails. so my suggestion is to update the email on the Bergen site so people have the proper contact info and whoever is in charge of doing the social media stuff on the Bergen *** needs to be replaced as they should be responding to peoples questions and bring problems to c/s attention.
