Review: Bergen limo was contracted to perform a certain number of tasks, and made me sign an itemized invoice before providing service. They would not provide a copy of invoice.
Itinerary was not kept due to drivers failure to understand directions. After dropping off groom and groomsman driver at 1:15pm driver was to travel to holiday inn on rt 46, Toyota nj, to pick up bride and bridesmaids.
After getting dropped off at 1:15pm, first having to circle the block because driver thought passengers saying "stop, the church is right here on the left" meant he should take the next left.
At about 1:20pm I noticed the limo still outside the church and went to speak to driver directly. Driver refused to do anything until I signed invoice, despite full service not being rendered. I directly told the driver "please go pick up the bride and bridesmaids so I can get married". He pointed to the location listed on the invoice and I said "yes, please go now".
At 2pm, the bride called me to say the limo was not at the hotel. When I contacted the limo company I was treated extremely rudely, and refused any kind of reimbursement. In addition I, the groom, was told the limo driver remained because the groom told him to wait there.
In addition, the limo was marketed at having a lift door but it did not operate. The limo was not in clean condition and also resulted in stain on a groomsman tux.
Upon leaving the church the driver was extremely apologetic, an attitude completely absent from his employer. It is not his fault his company put him in a situation he was not capable of handling.Desired Settlement: As a result of the poor service, our wedding started over 30 minutes late, caused us to miss cocktail hour with friends and family, and forced the bride and bridesmaids to take a shuttle from the hotel costing $150.
Fee for services was $850. Acceptable refund would be 1/3 of rental cost ($283) since of 3 objectives, pick up groom, pick up bride, take to reception, only 2 were kept plus $150 which hotel shuttle cost. Total refund should be $433.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Needless to say this was a tremendous amount of not appreciated angst on what was a very special day.
Review: We were schedule to arrive at [redacted] airport on May 8th from Puna Cana, there was no car service after several calls they reported that the driver was in an accident
They sent a car two hours late and the car was to small for the amount of people and we had to hold the luggage on our lap, the driver had us drag our luggage though the parking garage, after getting into the car he told us that we should say thank youDesired Settlement: I expect to get some refund

One of the owners requested an application for funding, which waspromptly sent to him. In following up on this communication, the woman who answered the phone was unprofessional.Desired Settlement: No settlement required. I am notinterested in working with that business.
