Bergen Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates

Review: Bergen Oral had a negotiated rate with my insurance co. of $260.00 for my procedure Met-Life paid $130.00 leaving a balance of $130.00 due to me. But Bergen Oral told me the fee was $500.00 and Met-Life pays 50% and my fee would be $250.00 so that's what I paid, later Met-Life informed me of the negotiated rate with Bergen Oral and that they owe me $120.00. I called Bergen Oral on 9/2/15 and they told me they would refund me the money on 9/15/15 . I called Bergen Oral today and was told they would refund the money next week or the week after. I don't feel I should have to wait when they knew it was a negotiated rate... I paid with my Debt. card.
