There was certainly a communication breakdown with Mr*** and it has been unfortunateThere are two companies involved in this service and we were each waiting on the other for information for a claim to be filedOnce I was made aware that we did not have a claim form yet, we contacted
Mr*** to get a claim filed but were told by him that it was too late that he already contacted the Revdex.com and an attorneyWe backed off and asked our other client to help us communicate with Mr *** as It is our desire, our policy and our SOP to act quickly once a claim is filed to take care of the damage whether it is product or residence relatedWe have since been in contact again with Mr*** and, with his permission, have contracted a third party repair service to begin the settlement/repair process Sincerely, Paul W***General ManagerBerger Ohio/NJ
