Refused to accept my termination letter and pick up their equipment. Contract looks doctored. Although they claim the doctored part is due to folding the contract the back side of contract does not have the same line which would have also been folded since it's on the reverse side of my contract. The professional thing to do would have been to honor my request, cancel the contract, pick up their cans, then send a final bill. Instead I got long winded emails telling me they weren't going to pick up their cans till Sep 2021- a year later. I changed to Whitetail because they picked up recycling ever week. The fact they were $10 cheaper every month was a bonus. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my life. Next I have to ask Attorney General for help. This place should focus less on what their attorney says and more on customer service. If a garbage company has to constantly throw around "contact my lawyer" then you know there is a problem
