Review: I ordered furniture from wayfair.com, who have partnered with this company for delivery services. Everything went as planned until the day the delivery was scheduled. Delivery was scheduled 9am-1pm, which was fine. I called to confirm the time and the agent I spoke with assured me that I my delivery would be the first one out on the morning of the delivery. Around 11am I called the company and was told there was a big delivery ahead of mine and to give them until three. I agreed. They never showed so I called back and tried to rescheduled the delivery and was told that someone would call back with the new delivery time. I never received a call. I called the company the next day and the agent that I spoke with told me that I will not be receiving my order until someone else in my part of town has one because they are not coming all the way here for one delivery. I called the owner of the company to explain that I am being inconvienced and he yelled through the phone asking, "Why are you calling my cell phone?" I explained to him my problem and he continued to yell so I ended the call. He then called me back asking me if I hung up and told him I did because he was yelling. I called the agent number and asked to speak with someone in charge and he put me back on the line with the owner who continued to yell into the phone claiming that I called and confirmed delivery for a day and time that I knew nothing about. I began to correct and assure him that it was not me and he hung the phone up in my face. The owner of this company should not be allowed to do business with that kind of attitude. If he doesn't want costumers to call his cell phone it should not be listed on the website. I called the owner seeking help and believing I would receive better service after explaining my concerns..I was wrong. I have been very inconvienced and mistreated. I am afraid that when I actually receive the order it may be damaged or missing parts. be No one should ever have to experience what I have experienced.Desired Settlement: I believe that wayfair is entitled to some type of compensation for having to clean up the mess the owner has made.
