I would not call this a complaint instead I would like to take this opportunity to Congratulate your staff for such a great job you guys have done for me,
I have a dilemma right now, my work is asking me for a letter stating that I have paid off or at least make an attempt to pay a debth with the US Bank, A very kind Lady an employees of yours I think her name is *** from the Bahamas is helping me with this issue and all I can say is thank you for your help and I hope I don't bother you all those times that I have called because I really do need that letter and Mrs*** is doing her best to help me thank you again and God Bless you all truly yours Mr*** ** ***
