I now have more than open ticketsI have repeatedly attempted to get a response from adgateof the tickets are beyond the business day timeframe that the advertiser should have given a responseI have provided all proof of completed offers and expect a timely resolution as I have done my due diligence in reporting to them through there support systemI would like a resolution to these offers as they are in excess of dollars in rewards

Adgate Media presents offers to the public through offerwalls on an internet site The offer states what performance is required and the payment that will be given on completion The offerings are generally slideshows, surveys, application downloads, and paid offers (purchase an item or service)
Slideshows have paid instantly about 90% of the time Surveys have paid less reliably but I accept some issues are technical and beyond the control of Adgate Neither of these categories are the subject for this complaint
Applications are generally cell phone games or reward sitesSome require mere downloading and opening while some take weeks of regular interaction to achieve a game level or activity pointsI have been paid for of application related offers (57%) and some of the unpaid offers are included with this complaint (many I considered not worth pursuing)
Paid Offers range from signing up for trial offers to spending over $on an item I have been paid for

Completed offer for BLU VAPE PEN POINTS OR $ Paid money, product was shipped and used I completed offer the way it was supposed to be completed and even paid money Never received my points Put in support ticket to resolve and company gave me the run around Waited two months, patiently for response after initial and never received one Ticket was closed without my knowledge Contacted them again and Candice M*** Customer Service Agent said ticket is resolved I have more than enough evidence to prove I did the offer correctly I would be more than happy to provide that evidence to you Also the other offers I never received credit for yet provided evidence to prove goes as follows:

I completed one of their advertised offers CBS All Access where I was promised points for successfully signing up for a free trial but I was not awardedI filled out their support form including actual proof of completion but they simply reply with their generic "we have to wait days to confirm"The problem with that is that I've been through this ordeal before and I end up waiting not days but almost two months only to be denied every time This whole wait day crap is just a ruse so they can keep my share of the money and than they can claim advertiser does not have me in their systemI've dealt with multiple networks like Adscend Trialpay Peanutlabs and all of them resolve the issue promptly and courteously as long as screenshot proof is given except adgate no good ole adgate wants to make you wait "days" so they can keep your moneyThese people are nothing but con artists that are out to for easy profits

I am a member of *** and my username is oceanprideThey have an offer wall located on the site in which they allow users to participate in trial offersWhen the offer is completed with valid information, a valid credit card, and not cancelled immediately, Adgate Media promises to award pointsIn my case, I successfully completed *** on their offerwall and Adgate Media refuses to issue the promised pointsI supplied Adgate Media with all the undisputable proof that they required and they REFUSE to award my points They 1st responded by sending out a "generic" notice that it was my fault Then, on the one occasion they told me that they had reached out the Advertiser in which was a lieThey had confirmed that they "mistakenly" did not do this but told me to wait daysNow Adgate Media is no longer respondingI contacted *** and they informed me that they had the VA:ID lead and they did not understand what the issue was and why Adgate was not payin
