2014 . On June 20th 2014 [redacted] emailed me and asked how much for just the living room wall because her other painters were giving her a deal to repaint. The other painters were there 2 weeks prior painting said rooms . A interior designer that I work for was hired by [redacted] which is how I met her. [redacted] was unhappy with the way the color looked after the other painters finished. So the designer asked me to give [redacted] a estimate which I did. So back to when she asked for estimate just for living room wall which was all done through email only. I gave her a 500 estimate just for that wall we setup a date around july 21 and unfortunately I experienced some material failure issues on another project I was working on.That had set my schedule behind so july 17 I emailed [redacted] to let her know that I needed to reschedule to first week in august Apparently that was unacceptable for her I explained in email my situation to her and that I needed to finish the project I was on before I could start another. She must not have liked that answer either because she filed her complaint with you. If you need verification on my situation that I had I can give you names and numbers of sherwin williams reps and homeowner info.
