still a determination as to whether Ms. [redacted] was going to file a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.
On June 20th, 2012, Ms. [redacted] had an appointmentr with Attorney [redacted] for a Dissolution, but reschuled and saw Mr. [redacted] on June 25th, 2012 for a Dissolution. A comp;eted interview sheet is in that file.
On September 9th, 2014, Ms. [redacted] had an appointment with myself to again file bankruptcy, but failed to show.
Clearly the work put in by Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] went far beyond a free initial consultation and would appear to exceed 3 hours with an hourly rate of $250 per hour. Nevertheless, I am going to mail a check today to the former client for $350.00. Our record with the Revdex.com is spotless and we pride ourselves in going overboard to please our clients.
