I am rejecting this response because: The clothes were finally returned but they did not need special attention, which is the excuse the company is giving for their poor service and lack of communication while the clothes were missingThe company also never emailed meThey had a driver text me after he delivered the missing clothesWorst customer service everI have my clothes back, but will never patronize this company again

Hello -- This is totally incorrect -- I responded earlier -- The charge was $ with the % discount -- She said she would only pay $ so I accepted -- These rug we stained and faded when received -- I offered to reclean but she declined -- *** *** just does not want to pay for the

I have explained this to ** *** -- We would ruin the rug if the water ran clear -- To much water can cause permanent damge to the carpet -- We have cleaned it twice and have proper cleaned the rug
We will not honor a refund

I sent you my response from this ordeal. I actually didn't have long conversations with MrBergmann, we only talk twice and then I spoke to Maria after he blew me off. I contacted Bergmann's Cleaners times;
1. To arrange a pick up for Wednesday2. After the driver left I called Bergmann's hrs later for a price of cleaning the rug but they couldn't give me a price. She had to see the rugs for size and the driver wasn't back from his routes3. When the driver called to bring the rug back I contacted the manager (Jeff B***) about the cost/coupon. Maria took my name and number and said he would call me back4. They delivered my rugs around 7:am; the driver insulted me and told me to get my rugs from his truck. We had words and I tried to call MrBergmann without success until later that morning Maria answered; but his driver got to him first I heard MrBergmann in the background talking to Maria and she transferred the call. He didn't listen to me and told me never to use his business again5. I called back maybe minutes later after dragging the rugs the driver dump on my porch and spoke with Maria again to recap what her boss said to me and to tell her my rugs was damage and I will dispute my charge card----- Forwarded Message -----From: *** *** To: *** *** Sent: Wednesday, July 22, 12:PMSubject: Re: Fwd: ***

Responding to MrJeff B*** response to Revdex.com. As I said below MrBergmann is a man with few words because the response he gave Revdex.com never happen. He actually told me in our second conversation that Wednesday; before, I unrolled my rugs and notice that his company damages to my rugs. He didn't want my business and not to patronize his cleaners. I called Bergmann's customer services very upset complaining about my rug being damage and told Maria what he said to me. I was broken and hurt that he handle this situation this way and angry that he wouldn't listen to me in the beginning. I felt I had no recourse but to reverse the charges on my credit card. I'm not happy with his responses and do not want to deal with this company because he do not take ownership of poor customer service and when he damage your property. After further investigation, his legal record precedes him in DC Superior Court with his court cases. I want a full refund

You are correct I faxed the documents to the ###-###-#### number listed on the website. Fax request was asking you to review the folldocuments sent from MrBergmann who responded to my credit card dispute. These documents was the additional information. I would like to respond to his comments to Revdex.com. It's vague to me in what he's saying but I didn't have any communications with MrBergmann until his driver tried to return the rugs a week later without having someone notify me of the charge with my coupon. The driver said it would take up to weeks initially to clean the rugs and he couldn't quote me a cost. He didn't have Bergmann's Cleaners follwith me about the cost to clean my rugs, coupon and not guarantee cleaning of spots and stains. I never signed any invoices giving them permission to charge me over $400. If I can give you a call about responding to this situation it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ***

Hello -- *** *** has three shirt that do not belong to her and she will not return until she gets full replacement on her shirts. Her missing shirts are - years old and $ per shirt is a very fair offerShe again refuses to send back the three shirt that do not belong and
I have settled on those shirts with the other customerSo she said she will just keep the three shirts until we pay her replacement value.We have asked her to send back these shirts 5-times and she refuses and because of that I had to settle with the other customerI tried to deal with her fairly and explained to her the situation so let her keep the shirts that do not belong to herMistakes happen and we were being fair she was notAs far as we are concern this is settled and will not be paying a claim
