Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison

On Friday February 5, 2016 I called Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison and spoke to a sales lady (Natalie) about the availability of a 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo that was listed in their used car inventory. She put me on hold and checked with the sales manager and told me that the Monte Carlo was still available. I asked her if she could pull the it off the lot because I was interested and I had an hour drive to get there. She told me that she would have the car parked out front waiting for me and to ask for the sales manager (Mike) when I arrived. I drove an hour and a half to Madison and asked for Mike when I got there only to find out that a couple from Iowa had held the car with a credit card a couple days prior. I wasted a 1/2 vacation day at work, gas and three hours of my time driving to and from Madison. I was very disappointed to say the least and I will not do business with Bergstrom in the future.
