Review: I had my oil changed with this company in the spring and immediately after my oil was changed I noticed a ding in my driver side door. I immediately filed a complaint with the company and they called me and told me to bring it in when I had time and they would take care of the problem. Well, I waited until my next oil change to bring it in and figured I would have the oil changed and schedule an appointment to have the ding repaired. They now are denying they ever caused this ding. After I filed the original complaint and talked with them about the ding immediately following my oil change. They refuse to fix it after they realized they would have to repaint the door. They said it was caused by a door being swung into my door. Well, I did a test and my truck sits up higher and No door would swing this high to ding my truck unless it was a Semi truck or a higher sitting truck. I hardly ever put any miles on this truck, only 7500 a year and when I park it in the parking lot I park it way out away from other vehicles so my truck would not get damaged. I take good care of my vehicles. I have had other issues with this company, after my truck had the oil changed, it leaked oil from the oil pan. What's up with that ? This company may not be insured, because I know as a businessman myself of 20 years. Their insurance would cover damage to this vehicle.Desired Settlement: Admit your mistake, honor your word, " That you said you would fix it." FIX THE ISSUE ! It's covered by insurance, My Gosh !

My husband diesel 2006 truck did not turn over about 2 1/2 months ago. We brought the truck into Bergtrom and it has been there since then. They told us it was the computers...they fixed that..didn't do anything. Then we had to wait because they do not have trained diesel mechanics in their shop obviously when they had to email others in different areas for answers and they have to wait a week for answers. Then we were told it was the fuel and high powered fuel pump...fuel was drained, pump was replaced and it still does not work. they still have no idea how to fix it and now I have to pay someone else to figure out what is wrong with it on top of all the other money I have to pay bergstrom weekly to get my bill paid. They did not offer us any vehicle to use and they said we were not honest with them. The office manager of the shop said he never knew what vehicle was ours and he would always have to check on it. When you called for answers they were always on service calls or left for the day because they did not want to talk to you.
