Today when I tried to call, I received a DISCONNECT message from Verizon on both the home number listed in our system and the phone number on the Revdex.com form. I have an email into the guest's spouse and am waiting for a reply. In the meantime, we encourage the guest to please call the dealership at 920-230-4848 and speak to the General Manager. Thank you.

Counsel for Bergstrom Automotive and all its subsidiaries, including Bergstrom Kia of Oshkosh. I asked the General Manager of the store to investigate the guest’s concern about the number of payments that should have initially been made by Bergstrom on his recent vehicle purchase. The General Manager reported that we inadvertently set the guest up with the wrong contract (a “45-day to payment” deferred contract rather than a “90-day to payment deferment”). We have re-contracted with the guest to reflect a “90-day to payment deferment” and we will make sure to pay the other two agreed-upon payments. He contacted the guest and has resolved the matter with her by ordering Weather Tech floor mats, and submitting a check for the correct payoff amount of her remaining lease payments.
