The car was fixed at the firestone in minomonee falls I had to wait for a driver from the dealership to take me to go get the car from firestoneWhen they called me march 23rd dealership told me a driver will pick me up from the houseTheir driver came and picked me up but took me straight to the dealership their driver did not know anything about picking up a car in minomonee fallsWhen I got to the dealership my sales man said he doesnt know what was the conversation between the driver and the sales managerIn the end they gave me a loaner for that day and said that they will just get the car from minomonee falls and take it to my house.the next day they did dwliver the car to my house after that I never heard from them againMy sales guy said they will cut a check to cover what I had paid for the repairI never got itI dont know how they work or sell a car bit its just not fair getting a car and breaks down wks later when I dont even drive the car everydayThey see you as an eye sore when you complain but when they sell a car they are very nice and helpfullVery disappointingOther people will turn the worls upside down to return that car

February 17, SUBMITTED ONLINE [redacted] ** [redacted] RE: Case # [redacted] Dear Dispute Resolution Center: Upon receipt of this complaint, I contacted [redacted] of the dealership – Victory Lane Imports – with the guest’s concerns and he immediately investigated the issue [redacted] reported that the guest actually called our Appleton Chevrolet store and left a message with that dealership on the same day the complaint was filed – February 10, – and they forwarded the message to [redacted] at Victory Lane Imports [redacted] returned the call that evening and found out the guest was looking to cancel the Wear and Tear Contract on the vehicle the guest had traded in to another dealership We sent the refund paperwork to the guest, we received the completed paperwork back the next day, and we sent the paperwork to Hyundai the morning of February We also informed the guest that the refund is pro-rated based on the mileage—not on whether the guest had ever used the warranty or not We note that the mileage on the vehicle traded in was at 45,miles and the warranty was for 48,miles so any refund the warranty company determines will be minimal We apologize for any delay in reply to the guest We could not find records of unanswered emails or calls from the guest, but do apologize if we somehow dropped the ball on responding in a timely manner Being deceitful is not how we do business at Bergstrom and we always stand ready to help our guests in any way we can Very truly yours, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

In early December of I had Bergstrom Nissan do a service bulletin on my Nissan MaximaIt was having a shifting issue from first into second which was described in the Service BulletinService was performed which included a drain and refill on the transmission fluid and they told me that the issue was still thereI then went back to school in Sheboygan and noticed that my transmission was surging on the highway, meaning I lost 4th geardays later, I lost second gearI decided to drive home to Freedom and grab my brothers carI parked the Maxima for days and then eventually brought it in to [redacted] Auto in Grand Chute to have a used transmission replacement because Bergstrom told me it would be over $to replace it with themSo I went the cheaper routeAfter dropping the car off(lost first gear on the way to [redacted] ) they called me and informed me that the transmission was multiple quarts low on transmission fluidWhich would explain why it was still not sh

Do not get service hereThey will make up things you need fixed and will charge 5x the rate of anyone elseNot to mention their mechanics are actually worse so you pay more for less

I purchased a Certified Pre-owned vehicle from Bergstrom Audi on 3/That evening, I got a phone call and email because they forgot to take the key for my travehicle and failed to have me sign a document during the closing processI paid to mail the keys and that particular document to Bergstrom the following dayOn Saturday, 3/11, I received an email from the Finance Manager that there was another document he had forgotten to have me signI was traveling in Puerto Rico on business at that time and I informed him that I could address the issue when I returned as I was concerned about scanning/sending he document with the questionable networks in Puerto Rico where hacking/identity theft are prevalentHe replied by saying "we would have a problem" if it took that long to address and proceeded to email me the document (which contained all of my personal information including SSN) and asked that I sign it and send a picture of the signed document in returnDespite my reluctance

On 9/12/Mary ***, my spouse, took our vehicle to Berstrom Mitsubishi in Appleton, WI to be repairedWe were charged and paid $ The repair was an incorrect repair, we requested a refund, and Bergstrom refused to refund the money
It had a low voltage battery drain problem We explained

I bought a car wks ago from bergstrom hyundai in victory lnI drove the car wks not even everydayYeaterday march the car hyundai accent broke down on me on my way to chicagoI got it towed to the nearest car shop unfortunately I have to leave the car at the shop we end up getting a cab to the nearest car rental enable for us to go back homeI called, and text the sales guy and gave me the number and name to talk toI called and emailed the finance managerI called the number for the warrantyWhich the warranty only covers some of the expensesMy point here is I just got the car not even a month and it already broke down when dealership supposedly checked the car before selling itI asked them if do I get a loaner since I dnt have a car but since loaner is not a part of the warranty I dnt get oneI have to drive almost hours to get the car , I have to pay half of the repairs since the warranty will not cover everything the dealership did not offer any

The guest reported being satisfied with the resolution.
