I went into the Good Feet store on Saturday, 10/1/needing some relief from some foot pain I listened to the Sales representative (who spoke very fast and low) and decided to go ahead with their package (again wanting some much needed relief) Within a week I brought back the running shoes he had sold me (they were very heavy and clunky to run in) and at that time I was starting to experience more pain in the same area I went into the store for in the first place I had also at this time gone to see my orthopedic doctor and taken the inserts that the Good Feet Store had sold me and he stated the inserts absolutely would not help my feet feel better due to the shape of the inserts and the foot problems I was experiencingI have not had the products yet a month and did not use them for more than weeks before my feet were so sore I was limping when I went back to the store after my doctor's visit to return the entire package ($1,000) and the store manager was not very nice, nor w
Purchased orthotics in January for help with *** ***Spent $Returned times for refittingStill in pain, NO IMPROVEMENT.None of the substitutions have workedAsked for a refundWas told my best offer was to have my husband get a second set of inserts as he had used the good feet store more than years ago I said he didn't need a second set My other option was they could order me some *** shoes How many pairs of shoes can I get for $800.00? (Not practical) I understood when I purchased the inserts that there would be a restocking feet around 12% I was not told that none of my money would be refunded
I purchased their insert system on 3/30/ This system caused me a great deal of pain However, I wore them religiously for days as the salesman said it could take up to 3-days to get used to Not sure what the return policy was, I wrote to the corporate store to ask for help I was advised an effort to make an adjustment would look favorable later for a refund request I arrived at the store to find the same salesman (who already seemed to know I was coming) He presented with a bad attitude but I continued to let him know the pain the inserts had caused me I asked for an adjustment We sat down, he asked questions and made one adjustment I let him know I was concerned the inserts were causing my back worse pain and all the physical therapy I had done was reversed by this one week of the inserts He said "with that bad attitude, I'm not surprised" At this point, I wanted nothing to do with this guy or the store The salesman continued to speak as if I wasn't ther
I bought a pair of insoles for my son February 25, for $
They're uncomfortable and I wanted to return them March but I was told there're no refundsI was not informed of this and there are no signs of this in the storeIf I knew about this I would have not purchased the insoles
In addition I do not wish to go through the process of two additional fittings in order to get store credit, which is not acceptable for me since I do not need dollars worth of shoes
I request a full refund of the amount as well as a sign in the store that says "no refunds" because it's too late to print it on the receipt when someone already paid
