sheet rock delivery guys [redacted] and he said we would work it out with [redacted] They indicated they would pay the client something I estimated the new window to be removed and replaced would be $1,500 to $2,000 Most time a $ deal would $750  to $1,000 [redacted] was to work out the deal direct with the sub contractor that damaged the window. We have gotten to this point several times and [redacted] just keeps e mailing me for something her husband [redacted] agreed to settle I also gave them $2,500 for a stairs that we build to print but [redacted] did not like it she  did not communicate the stairs design she wanted to the designer that she was working with I did all this rework at no costs to them and it just shows they don’t appricate what we do for them.
