Review: I was contacted by this company on September 10th by phone by [redacted], senior loan officer and was told that I qualified for a 3000.00 dollar loan at 8 percent, with payments at 90.00 dollars a month for 3 years. I was given the option to have someone co-sign for me because my credit score was not 700 or higher to get the loan or the option to pay a total of 450.00 dollars for the first 5 payments, which would go towards the loan and my first payment would not be due till 5 months out. I agreed to the second option because I didn't want to have no one else involved. I was emailed the contract and was told by [redacted] to sign and fax back the contract with the pages where my signature was required and photo copy of my drivers license and to western union the money. I was also told by [redacted] that the company would deposit the 3000.00 dollars plus the 40.00 wire fee into my bank account in 1 hour after I called her back with the MTCN number from western union. I did as I was told and called [redacted] back maybe 1 and half hour later and she told me that my credit score had changed and that there was nothing else that she could do. I asked her why did she wait till I send the money to tell me this, I told her that my score had not changed and she said that they only use 1 of the reporting credit bureau at first and now after checking with the other 2, one of the 3 gave me a low score. I asked her why, she said there was nothing else she could do for me, so I told her I wanted my money. She told me that I would have to call back and speak to customer service. I called back to speak to customer service to request a refund and [redacted], the customer service rep told me that I needed to make another payment to get the loan because of that 1 low credit score. I told him that I was not sending anymore money and that I wanted a refund, he put me on hold, came back on the line and told me, don't worry about it our company will make that second payment of 450.00 for me on the 1st of October so I could get the loan. Well when the 1st came, I checked with my bank and there was no deposit made. I called [redacted] and asked whats going on and he told me that the company tried to make the deposit but it didn't go thru and that I would have to make the second payment of 450.00 dollars and I wouldn't have to make a payment for a year. And the 3000.00 dollars would be put in my account 100percent guaranteed. I told him I was only sending 410.00 dollars and called him back and gave him the MTCN number. I called back 3 hours later because I was working and told him that the money was not in my account, he said these things take time, give it about another 30 minutes. Called after I got off work at 5pm, no money. Called [redacted] the next morning and asked why was the money not put in my account, he said it wasn't, and put me on hold, came back on the line and said the insurance for the loan was rejected and asked if I could pay the 300.00 dollars, I told him [redacted] no and that I wanted all my money back and including the western union fees which is a total of 940.00 dollars. He said that it will be 30 days from October 3rd before I get my full refund. I asked him why it going to take that long because I sent the 1st payment on September 16th and it don't say in the contract and I want my money now. He said it will be put into my account in 30 days. I am complainting about this company because I believe they are scamming innocent people out of their hard earned money and I wanted to report it so other people can see this and wanted get taken like I did.Desired Settlement: For this company to stop calling innocent people who work hard for their money and scam them.

Review: I applied for a loan with this company that has the slogan "We can help people with bad credit". My credit isn't that bad but it's not good either, so I applied. I fulfill my end of the deal by giving them my a copy of my ID, paystubs and basic info. Last after all the paperwork was submitted or actually faxed over to them, they told me that I will get my 3000 loan dispursed within 2-3 hours. So I Use my mortgage payment (since I didn't have any other funds at that time). For collateral as they said, which was due the following day (Friday 9,20) because I expected that loan to go thru as they kept promising me now they re-nig and claim they found some issues and therefore I need to submit another $50 to get the loan (see complaint online). DADesired Settlement: To get the 3000 loan that I was approved for as it said on the paperwork I received from this company. Otherwise I have been "railroaded: or basically they used a "bait and switch" on me by saying if I don't want to send an extra 40 I could get my money back in 30 days. I need it back now. If they can't fulfill their loan approval "promise" to lend me $3000 like they affirmed (5 times) by paper 2 y phone.

Review: contact by beringer from a ms [redacted] directly regarding being approved for a loan amt 3000. given three options to get the loan chose option number two pay 450 for collateral will received loan well no ms [redacted] states need additional 450 so I requested my refund told I need to speak with client services spoke with [redacted] since I didnt have the 450 was told they would pay it on the first and I will then received my loan well that didnt happpen so I requested for my refund after a long discussiin with [redacted] I paid the 450 then told I would have it in two hours no loan so I called back to request full refund now I am being told 30 days. this was not part of the contract.Desired Settlement: 980.00
