He sells lemon vehicles. He knows what's wrong with them and doesn't fix them before selling. Doesn't tell the truth. Says I wouldn't put my family in vehicle I sell if I knew they were bad. I had my truck over a month. Half of that time it's been in the shop. I spend over a $1000 on the truck and I still need to spend more money to get my truck running back at par. I signed a paper saying I bought as is. It feels like he's scamming people. I'm not the only one who he this too

My name is *** and I am the owner of Berisha Auto Sales.
This is in response to the complaint of Mr. ***
I am very glad that Mr*** has used my exact words "I wont put my family on a vehicle if I know that its not good", because its true.
We are in a used car sales business and as such we do our work on all of our vehicles before we put them up for sale.
When customers come shopping, we make sure that the customer checks the vehicle, test drives it, even bring a mechanic should they prefer to check the vehicle and is absolutely sure of it before purchase.
Should there be any concerns from the customer and anything needs getting fixed or replaced, we will have an agreement and based on that we finish the deal. We have done the same with Mr***. We have documents, pictures and receipts to prove that. We even have text messages from Mr*** telling us how well his truck is running.
Being used cars, small problems can happen, its understandable for a used car.
However, we sell vehicles AS/IS and the customer signs the agreement upon purchase, as did Mr***.
We even have a document "Statement of facts", signed by Mr*** where he states that he understands that should there be any problems with the truck in the future, Berisha Auto Sales is not responsible for it. A customer can not purchase a vehicle, drive it for a while and then complain for the very smallest problems. Its a used vehicle.
We do our diligent job making sure that our vehicles are ready for sale to best of our knowledge.
Its very sad to hear these words from Mr*** since we had a very good a smooth deal from beginning to the end. These bitter word are very unfortunate to hear from him, but we have heard worse from him. We have text messages to prove how rude he texted us. His threats etc etc.
As we have told him,if he doesn't stop with this nonsense, we will take proper actions with our attorney against Mr*** for defamation. We will prove that we are correct and right and we will prove that he is wrong.
This has been a very unfortunate event and we hope that it wont happen again.
