Review: My daughter was seen here for services in 2010 . We never received a bill from them for said medical services. In April 2013 my husband receives a bill in his name for the total fee due because insurance didnt pay the bill . 2 weeks later my daughter , who is now married and has a new last name and address receives a letter at our address stating it is being turned over to collections if not taken care of in 30 days . First all, who waits 28 months to send you a bill . We no longer have said insurance so we cant file a grievance with our old insurance company because its too late. I have called the medical office 5 times in 10 days to take care of this and left a message to speak to the billing manager & also the office manager . No one has bothered to return my call & it states on the message someone will call you back within 24-48 hrs. Now when you call to leave a mesage the mail box is full & has been for over a week now. We were patients of [redacted] for over 25 yrs and have never had a bad account with them . My daughter has excellent credit and does not want this to affect her credit status as do me and my husband. The bill originally came in my husbands name and 2 weeks later .its in my daughters name and she was over 21 when she was seen for services in 2010. Its been close to 3 years since services were rendered and I shouldnt have to take care of this bill now ..Desired Settlement: They need to write this bill off and hire better billing staff
