The short answer is that we have been trying to schedule return visit to replace caster on chair. We also offered to clean the chairs at the same appointment for no charge. Client was not available at first, then later she did not have...

time to schedule appointment. Finally she told our install foreman last week to forget about it - they were going to close their office.
As for our version of what happened in this project:
Very genial client on fast track to set up small office in San Francisco end of October. We landed on a good combination of new desks and used high end chairs and reception station. We received order from client and placed order with warehouse for speedy delivery. Client did specify post legs. These were out of stock until mid December (1 1/2 months after desired install date). We erroneously made judgement call to go with available loop legs without running this by client in writing. Our intention was only to make job happen on schedule and have happy client. We had no idea this was going to be an issue. So as per above we have been trying to fix punch list items and were ready to replace the legs with post legs when these became available. These legs are non returnable to manufacturer short of defect. Despite this we were happy to give her credit/switch legs, as per client statement. This client has since delayed and last week relayed that they are closing their office.
We always have and always will do our best to be of service to our clients. Office interiors is a complicated and yet simple business where our ability to serve our clients with our experience and knowledge is of critical assistance to our clients. Most of our business comes from referrals from happy clients. It is a bulletproof formula. Selling our customers down the river is tantamount to selling ourselves down the river.
We are shocked at the extremely negative assumptions and scathing remarks made about us by this client. Before allowing us time to even respond to this complaint, client went to the internet and gave us a horrible write up on Yelp, a site many of our clients have used to find us. We were not clear at first if she actually wanted a solution or simply needed a "pound of flesh" and to vent at someone.
It is easy to scream and shout but much more difficult to build and run a successful business for 14 years.
