Each transaction was confirmed by email at the time of purchase. Each subscription, while “similar”, deals with different trading parameters and are not the same. I am familiar with all that was said, the terms and expected results. I entered into this program seeking to generate additional income to offset expenses. Instead I have only increased my expenses, and it has not turned out that the profitable trades have more than offset the negative ones, so I have been watching my investment capital diminish on a week-to-week basis. Meanwhile I have had to take out capital to pay debts. I can’t continue to watch my assets decline like this. I am happy for those trades that have been profitable, and I think there is potential with this merchant to see gains, but I have not experienced that. So I find it necessary to stop the bleeding and look for some other way to meet my needs. I appreciate very much your offer to pay back my investment expenses, in spite of your policy against such a move. That is very kind of you and I graciously accept. I wish everyone at the merchant success and thanks for all you have tried to do for me

Thank you for the opportunity to respond. There was an human inputting error at the time the subscriber purchased his renewal that caused his subscription to appear as having started in July instead of extending his subscription as of February as it should have. We should not
have denied his request for a refund of the unused renewal fee. A check for $is being mailed to the address provided in the complaint. Tell us why here

entitled to a refund of the remainder if he was dissatisfied.  Our purpose in offering this type of guarantee is to ensure that our information is given a full and fair review instead of judgement based on just one or two recommendations.  While the subscriber clearly understood the terms while on the phone, it was obviously not clearly stated in our email, therefore we will honor this subscriber’s request for $930.00.  This amount is already being processed back to the credit card used for the purchase.

purchase.  The subsequent charges could not be refunded by credit card and a check for $98.00 will be sent to our address on file.  A separate email is being sent directly to our customer with regard to this matter so that we may confirm the mailing address we have to which we may mail the refund check.
