This job has been completed on November 7, I would like to extend my apologies to the customer, Although this job took a few extra days then he expected, The job came out perfect! I hope he enjoys his new shower stallEven though he would not like to hear from us again, We are here for any concerns he might have in the future regarding his new shower stallWe stand behind our work 100% Even though sometimes jobs take a few extra days than expected, our bottom line policy is to make sure the job comes out perfect! On Monday November , Mr [redacted] called my office to schedule a sit down meeting I agreed to meet with in minutes of his phone call When Mr [redacted] came into my office, we sat down at the island to discuss his concerns with the job , like two gentlemen He started to express to me the technicalities of the contract and that this job took a few extra days I nicely said to him , at this time my main concern is to resolve his issues to the bathroom, and not go backwards with legal technicalities He seemed to agree at the time He stated there was water damage in his ceiling from a leak in the shower , which according to him and my plumber it HAS been fixed I picked up my telephone and called my plumber in front of Mr [redacted] to confirm his allegations [redacted] my plumber stated when he went back to fix the leak there was no water stain on the ceiling , however he would have no problem going out the next day to paint the ceiling where needed According to Mr [redacted] there was also a grab bar missing Apparently [redacted] plumbing supply out of [redacted] sent to grab bars instead of to grab bars I explained that accidents do happen and I will gladly come to your house tomorrow as well and replace anything that was sent wrong by Benders plumbing supply In the meantime of all this happening , still on the phone with [redacted] mr [redacted] tells me he has a shotgun in his car, and is ready to use it ! I brushed off his threat , but in this world we live in you can't be too careful The next day Tuesday, November I arrive at Mr [redacted] Home at PMHe brought me upstairs to the bathroom to show me the towel bars that were delivered instead of grab barsI said I will gladly return them for you and get you what we originally ordered At that time Mr [redacted] started his threats again , telling me not only that he has a shotgun in the next room but he is also contacting news channel At this time , I turned around and said have a nice day I am leaving I cannot and will not put myself or any of my employees in harms way ! I will absolutely not go back to this man's home nor is he welcome to my office at any time This job has been completed and I went out of my way to satisfy his unrealistic needs The only thing I will do, is purchase the grab bar in deliver it to the Southington police department for Mr [redacted] to pick up at his convenience He is only to contact me through Revdex.com or a third-party any further contact from this man will be reported to the local authorities Thank you Michael R***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The job as stated, is not completed Grab bars not installed and kitchen ceiling is still not painted I feel the job is far from perfect Mike R [redacted] agreed to come out yesterday to measure for the grab bar and the plumber was coming to paint the kitchen ceiling I was to have my son in law there as he has extensive carpentry experienceI am a 100% disabled Korean war vet and unable to hear much of anything Mike R [redacted] showed up measured for the grab bar we got into a discussion about other problems I found Mike left in a huff before my son in law got here My son in law on the heavy side got into the shower stall and the floor creaked and shifted [redacted] my son in law stated the shower floor pan was installed without any filler being used between the ribbing on the underside of the floor panTo not provide a filler leaves the strength of the floor pan dependent upon the floor pan ribbing only which is not sufficient to support a healthy adult This is now the case my daughter and [redacted] no longer able to stay with me.The top of the side panels need to be aligned to be even/level with the top of the rear panel and for the side panels to butt up tightly against the corresponding part of the rear panel leaving a zero gap at the seam adjoining the side and rear panels It was suggested if [redacted] are too busy to address these issues I should hire a qualified outside contractor have the project completed to my satisfaction, and have [redacted] pay the bill Sincerely, [redacted]
