Covered items are specifically listed.? Other items are not covered.? Customer hung up on us after cursing at us after about a second conversation.? We did try to call him back.? If he would have answered, we would have told him (like we do all our customers), bring it to our shop and we will take a look at it and often times we can save them a lot of money and headache even if it is not a specifically covered item.? Since he hung up and would not answer the phone, he did not get this information.? Dan the owner has also tried to call him

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely, A WARRANTY purchased for over 1,on a vehicle with 191,000+ miles should be honored! What do these people think that's for? This is why I PURCHASED this warranty for??? a BROKEN SEAL CANNOT be observed by driving a vehicle once or twice or even timesIt takes an HONEST MECHANIC to find these issuesDealer I feel was aware of this before hand! I expect this to be fixed under warranty I PURCHASED minus the deductible!

She did not accept our offer to help, and has now threatened to sue us, so we have withdrawn our offer. Death Wobble as it is referred to on the internet is caused by a bad steering stabilizer shock. These are notorious for blowing out unexpectedly. It is a $part and an hour labor. If the truck had really needed all the other repairs, it would not have driven nicely down the road for the previous two weeks as the customers stated it did. She mentioned all our bad reviews on dealer rater. Please check out our *** page. We did sell them a truck and they were very insistent on having a King Ranch Diesel truck even though they did not need such an expensive vehicle.? We have helped them with repairs just as they claimed.? We did repair the transmission as well as a few smaller items right after their
purchase.? They did not purchase extended service contract (warranty) so all our help was because we are indeed trying to help them and not leave them stuck.? We do not know what has broken now months later, and cannot be responsible for all breakdowns.? All vehicles break, its just a matter of when and some are very expensive to fix.? BTW - the truck still has a *** retail book value of over $18,even months later.?
