Berkey Water Hawaii

I have had issues with my Berkey water filter from day 1. My until filters at a snails pace, I am constantly getting about 4 oz. of filtered water in a 12 hour period, which is ridiculous. Repeated e-mails to Berkey’s customer Service have led no where. They refuse to replace my system or the filters. From their recommendations, I have replaced my own filters prematurely, scrubbed the filters with steel wool, and most recently and most oddly - peeled the filters with a vegetable peeler. Every time I reach out to them and tell them I’ve done what they’ve asked to no improvement they say, “oh we don’t recommend that anymore. We recommend _________.” They do not stand behind their own product, and apparently do not even know how to fix it.
