[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Has the company addressed the issues of this dispute? * If not, why? * If an offer of resolution was made, has the company fulfilled the proposed offer? *The company only offered me to buy another product at a discount, I can not afford to buy a phone from a company who already took dollars from me for a phone that doesn't work, and the only resolution is to buy another phone? I have no trust already in this business as the 'new' phone I bought doesn't workI already had to go into a contracted plan in order to afford a phone (Verizon, with payments) as I can't buy another straight talk phone outrightI simply wanted to return the phone for my money back and wash my hand, walk awayIn return, I'm out bucks, dissatisfied customer, and rerouted to a new service contract to get an affordable phone before my baby was born so I had contact with my family who lives out of state.
