Although there are several inaccuracies in the Berkley North account of events, they have finally responded to settle this claim which I believe only happened as a result of filing this Revdex.com claimIt's clear Berkley North has a pattern of losing mail, delaying, stalemating, & mis-treatment of accident victims in order to try to cheat them out of fair settlements - it's absolutely disgracefulAlthough I have been lied to by Berkley North employees which is further perpetuated in their response to this complaint, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me but I will accept it because I simply can't take anymore of their abuseSpecial thanks to the Revdex.com for their involvement and holding businesses with practices like Berkley North accountable

I received on 7/14/ The matter was resolved on 7/17/and below is our story on the facts from our Claims Representative, *** ***This loss was reported to us on March 8, We spoke to Mr*** that same day, took his statement and informed him that we are conducting our investigationWe spoke to our insured on March and we authorized a rental car for Ms*** on March Also on March 8, lntermountain claims was assigned to inspect Mr***'s vehicleMr***'s vehicle was deemed a total loss andwe called Mr*** on March to discuss total loss settlement of his vehicleTotal loss was discussed with Mr*** later in the day on March and he did not agree on the value We spoke to the appraiser on March about the value and then sent an email to Mr*** on March with our valueWe came to value agreement on March and made an assignment to salvage yard to pick up his vehicle Mr*** came into the office on March and signed the property damage release and delivered the title to usWe agreed to overnight the check to Mr***, which we did on March 16.We called Mr*** on April to see how he was doing and regarding his injury claimMr*** sent us an e-mail on May indicating that his carrier was paying his medical billsMr*** called on June to say his medical treatment was complete and he has asked his carrier to send us his medical bills and recordsWe told him that we have not received anything yetWe e-mailed his carrier on June to request his bills and records so we could evaluate his injury claimOn June we got medical bills from Mr***'s carrier but we did not get the medical recordsWe have explained this to Mr*** and did so again via e-mail on June Mr*** called on June to say his carrier said they sent us medical recordsWe told him that was not the case and offered to have him sign medical authorization so we could get the recordsWe e-mailed Mr*** on June to let him know that we stiU don't have his medical recordsWe got Mr***'s medical records on July 11and made settlement offer to him that same dayMr*** accepted our offer and was sent the release on July
