I am rejecting this response because: I am not disputing that I owe "$237.00) To BerkleyI am contesting that it is manipulative and unethical business practices to sell a service to a customer that is bound by law to purchase it,
then not explain charges and only give a day window for payment otherwise the entire policy is cancelledAgain I already paid $by Jan 1, then an additional $by 6-5-as in exhibit "F"I'm corroborating that I was in compliance when I already paid $and yet I get cancelled due to an unpaid $within days? Tell me why Berkley a FORTUNE company cannot send me certified mail, or place a courtesy phone call if they intend on cancelling my policy? I assert again I did not receive Exhibit E, or the bill for $until after July 5thOR Berkley could perhaps charge an interest on unpaid balances if they felt so inclined, like a companyBerkley's business practices are nothing short of extortionAgain a customer is forced to purchase their service, then they wave cancelling a policy over their customers head and threatening criminal prosecution as noted on their letters for immediate non-paymentAlso, why can a Fortune company not accept payment via telephone? Their payment collection services and a day balance unpaid otherwise cancelled is nothing short of lunacy.Again, I am requesting that Berkley re-instate my policy and accept $which will keep me insured through December 31, 2017.AS I ALREADY PAID A MAJORITY TO DO SO. Also I just received mailing from Berkley on 8-8-demanding "IMMEDIATE" action of me to supply them with a Federal tax form for so they can audit meThe information now they are demanding won't be available until spring of AFTER tax seasonThis is a joke. Logically in addition, they cancelled me on 7-5-they would owe me a refund of an excess of months insuranceI havent received a refund? Why is it mandated customers pay you in days, but you won't issue check in days? Berkley shouldn't be allowed to do business in the great State of Minnesota
