I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
We have contacted Mr. [redacted] to set up an appointment to address the issues with the work. It is set up for Monday, January 9th. When he contacted me in November I told him we would take care of his issues, but it would be after the holidays. His 10 warranty was up in...
December, but because he called in November we will fix all warranty issues he may have.
