I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Berkman and its officers have been sued in New York by attorney David G[redacted] for sexual harassment and using cocaine while at the office. Further, Berkman's main officer has been busted for securities fraud. The Revdex.com should consider the source of the info the Revdex.com is getting from this business. It is a criminal act to record a call in California. The business has just admitted to a criminal act. California Penal Code 632 and 632.7 makes it is criminal act to record calls. Berkman just sent Revdex.com a copy of a transcript of a recorded call. If Berkman was honest, they would provide the IP address of this alleged lead source and then we could see for sure if their bogus story adds up. It does not. I have never put my information on any web page. And, in all the lawsuits I have filed, I have never even bee accused of this. Berkman is making up a false story to evade the truth. The truth is that Berkman knowingly hires this lead source to violate the TCPA and the National Do Not Call registry. Berkman needs to show Revdex.com the evidence of the bogus lead that they claim, otherwise, they are just making more and more false statements. This is even worse the illegal call itself. To degrade and disparage me is truly sad. I just have a phone. This case is not about me. This is solely about Berkman.

An outside telemarketer that we use transferred this call to us they are TCPA compliant. We have done extensive research on this individual only to find out this is what he does he attacks multiple businesses using the internet for profit.He has had his CPA license taken away and was a party to...
100mm Dollar Mortgage Fraud. He puts his number and Fake Names and Company Contact Info into portals so that he receives calls and can try to get compensated for false TCPA violations. He is using the internet to Terrorize companies like ours we have never done business with any Marketer who is not TCPA compliant. Please remove this complaint from the record we have operated for nearly 3 years with not a single complaint.
