I brought my car in to get the head gaskets and radiator fixed1st - I didn't want to get my head gaskets replaced unless I needed toThey are very expensive to fixThe problem was directly related to my radiator, but at that time I didn't knowSo they told me I needed to have the head gaskets and the radiator fixedThis is word for word what they toldSo I feel like I paid for something I didn't necessary need to have done, but they told I had to fix both with the current issuesSo I feel like I got took here and paid for head gaskets when I didn't need to in order to solve the immediate issues associated with the radiator
2nd, when I got my car back, lights in the dashboard and driving stick were not workingI called and told the guy I worked with that this wasn't the way I gave it to you, and that you should fix itHe told me he would split the cost with me as "there was no way to tell" that it was there faultAfter I spent $3000, I find this really hard to believe that

I am in the market to purchase a Artic Blue Chevy Bolt EVI had called ahead of time to different dealerships to see who had the Artic blue color I wanted I found a competitor dealership that had a black one for the price I was willing to payWhen I called Wentworth Chevrolet Portland, I spoke with a sales representative named Belle Green who informed me they do have the Artic Blue color I wantedBefore I went to Wentworth dealership, I sent her a competitor's website that I was willing to pay
When I arrived at Wentworth, I met Belle G*** and we went on a test drive togetherAfter the drive, we sat down at her desk to discuss the numbersAt this point, Belle told me that the other color Chevy Bolt from the competitor's website had a less option (NO DC Quick Charge) and theirs would be an additional $for their Artic Blue Bolt with the DC Quick charge optionThe dealership agreed to match the competitor's price and adding the additional $option
At this time it was minutes after their closing time and we weren't sure if we wanted to pay an additional $So we decided to continue the sale another dayWhen I went home that night, I compared the two cars and looked at the competitor's inventory website and discovered that they were identical cars with the same DC Quick charge option except for the car's color differenceBy the way, the color of black and artic blue has the same MSRPI was not sure if Belle had made an honest mistake, misread and misinformed us or this was a sales tactic/ploy
After receiving a call from Belle Green later, they agreed to match the competitors price side-by-side once moreShe made a PROMISE/VERBAL CONTRACT to match the price listed at the competitor's listingAfter the agreement, I informed Belle that she was incorrect about the competitor's car options not having the DC Quick chargeHowever, when she was aware that I discovered that the cars are identical except for the color, she retracted her PROMISE matching the competitor's car side-by-side and told us to purchase from the competitor's dealership
Based on this deceiving experience, I would never purchase a car from Wentworth Chevrolet Portland, Oregon especially from Belle G*** and would never recommend others to purchase from this dealershipFirst, she tried to mislead me about the car options or she might have misread it, but in the end they did not honor their promise to match the competitor's price

I lease a Chevrolet Spark EV, obtained at Wentworth ChevroletIn the time I've had it, it has been in at least times for a parking brake issue where the brake fails to release and causes high-speed violent vibrations at highway speedsIt has been in twice for failure to fast charge (the equivalent of filling up at a gas station in minutes rather than hours for slow charge)While I was taking it in for the most recent visit to fix fast charge (again), an airbag recall, and lack of a functional heating system, THE MAIN BRAKES FAILED AND I WAS UNABLE TO STOP without switching into low gearI was about to get on the freeway, where brake failure likely would have been fatalI documented the brake failure issue with the NHTSAI found other similar brake failures for my model car, including one for a car with less than miles on itThis is not an isolated incidentI no longer trust this car with my life or the life of anyone I care aboutI have no faith in Chevrolet'

I needed to get a new SilveradoI did a lot of research and stopped by a few different dealers in the Portland areaWentworth was my last stop, and by far the best experience! My sales lady Belle was very professional and top notchI also got the best deal here, as well as hassle free financingI was in and out in an hour and half, with a new truckThe other dealers simply wasted my time
