I had a great experience with this companyThey were quick and easy with paying off debts and setting up a payment plan on my 4th debtThey gave me a low monthly payment and let me choose the date for the auto- withdrawlI called back to change the date and it was done within minutesThe representives I spoke to were professional and niceThe only reason I chose not to reccomend this business to others is I don't wish debt on anybody even though I had a good interaction with them

We requested deletion of our Trade Line from Ms [redacted] 's Credit Bureau Report on 08/13/

First, I must apologize for the way the calls were handledI will be reviewing them with each individual who hanled themI will also be requesting deletion of our trade line from [redacted] *** Credit Bureau Reports

Notification was mailed November 1,and January 25,I have requested itemeized charges so we can forward to [redacted] for review

[redacted] [redacted] I am rejecting this response because while they have addressed one issue of an error made that has caused two hits to my credit, they have not addressed the fact that I was not given proper notice of this collection before it was placed on my credit reportIn speaking with [redacted] , Berks Credit and Collection has admitted to sending a letter in to an address that I had not been associated with in almost yearsThis letter was not sent certified mail and *** stated, "We can't send everybody with a collection a certified letter for their collection We send a letter and if it doesn't get returned, we assume it was received"I explained this is a poor assumption as mail is lost or thrown away all the time and there is no way to account for if someone received the correspondence [redacted] continued to be rude, condescending and disrespectful on the call and threatened to end the call when I told her that she needed to watch her tone and attitude when speaking to a customer/client Since proper notice of the collection was not given prior to the collection being placed on my credit report, it should be removed from my report altogether upon payment [redacted] ***

We have requested itemization from out client and will forward once received

We had spoken to [redacted] in and as well as we mailed noticesHe had also disputed with the Credit Bureau and we had verified the balances with our ClientIf he has proof of payment, please provide to us

We had requested and just received validation from our ClientWe are forwarding the itemized statements as well as the signed patient agreements and registration to [redacted]

The account has been removed and a Universal Data Form will be provided to the consumer

We have been notified by our Client that they are writing off due to untimely filingI have requested deletion of our Trade Line from [redacted] Credit Bureau Report

I had set up an installment plan to pay off a large medical debtI made the first payment by phone and asked that an updated invoice be sent so I could make future payments through my bank's bill pay systemThe invoice was never sent however, when I tried to go online to make the payments directly to their website, I am told that my payment arrangement is in default and I cannot make a payment onlineIn the meantime, this is sitting on my credit record, preventing me from purchasing a house

If a consumer makes a payment and attaches a note asking for a receipt, that receipt is normally in the mail with business daysIf a consumers calls in and requests a receipt, we follow the same procedureIf there is any time [redacted] does not receive a receipt after requesting one, she can call me direct at ###-###-#### Ext ***

We did receive disputes through the Credit Bureau which our client investigated and verified that the information is correctI have mailed a copy of the bill to [redacted] today

I have spoken to the consumer and deleted our trade line from his Credit Bureau Report

We have reviewed this consumer's complaint Upon review, we see that the consumer was mailed a notice on 06/08/and we spoke with the consumer on 06/13/ During that call, the consumer stated that they were busy and we said we would try back We made multiple attempts to contact the consumer with no response When the consumer makes payment, we will update the credit bureaus as paid in full

In reviewing our files, no new charges have been added to the billIt was originally placed on October 6,for a principal balance of $The patient had signed a financial agreement with the Client stating if placed in collections, the Client may add a collection fee which they did I show no records of anyone in our office giver [redacted] a balance of $
