Review: Annual spring service was done on 5/30/14 by this company. The service man found oil leak on the outside A/C unit pipe, and he recommended free repair by the company that had placed the entire A/C system in 12/2011. The service man instructed me that his company would contact me within 1 week or so to make schedule to repair the problem to be fixed. I have never gotten a call. I have been tried to contact several times to Berks Mechanical Inc since June. I had left a message to call me back in June, but recently no voice mail set up, and today I called again to the phone number and I heard that the phone number is temporally disconnected.I am this company's royal customer since 1997. I like to hear what happening in this company and like to be fixed leaking problem correctly by this company.Desired Settlement: I like to correct the pipe leaking problem ASAP. If this company is unable to do, I like to be refund the cost that other company will repair the problem.
