doing so damaged trees to his driveway. According to his complaint he called to speak to Mr. F[redacted], but he never responded to his call.This is the first time that we have heard of this incident. Apparantly, we were in Italy when this happened and we never got the message, but that is no excuse. My manager should have handled this matter immediately.When I received the letter from the Revdex.com, Mr. F[redacted] personally went to see [redacted] to apologize for the incident and compensated him with a reimbursement check for $ 100.00. He seemed to be very understanding.We strive to make every customer happy and we hope to continue to do so in the future.Sincerely,Fernando and Giuliana F
