4/8/2017Dear Representative Revdex.com;This is about ID of [redacted] unit ***On April 4, 2017, a call was placed to [redacted] who has rented the unit [redacted] at the North Reading Storage locationThe call was to inform [redacted] that after her gate code was used we had found trash left in between our buildings with the name of [redacted] ***In our lease number it states that Occupant is responsible for all damages caused by Occupant's guests, agents, or inviteesAlso, number on our lease state All of occupants' trash, refuseGarbage, etcshall be removed from the unit and premises at occupant's expense.We explained to [redacted] that she would be responsible for any charges of trash on her account [redacted] had informed us that her mother [redacted] was using the unit and that she was not responsible for any trash left on our siteI explained the rules and regulations of our lease to [redacted] ***, while speaking to [redacted] she hung up.Attach you will find the activity log for 3/28/for this customer and copies of evidence found in the trash with [redacted] nameOn April 8, [redacted] came in with her mother and changed the unit in [redacted] namePlease let me know if there is anything else you will need for this matter we strive to provide the best customer service.Tammy V

Also, number 23 on our lease state All of occupants' trash, refuse. Garbage, etc. shall be removed from the unit and premises at occupant's expense.We explained to [redacted] that she would be responsible for any charges of trash on her account.
