My last dental appoint at Berkshire Dental was in March My insurance information was provided at the time of my appointment I was told my insurance (***) was not accepted, so I paid my visit in full
About two weeks later my visit was paid by my insurance causing a credit of $ I would expect that my credit would be mailed to me without me having to call the office
In September I called to cancel my next scheduled appointment since I found a dentist that accepts my insuranceI also requested my refund to be sent
On October I still had not received my refund so my husband called and requested the refund As of today, November 6, I still have not received my refund

This company scheduled services more frequently than allowed by the carrier When claim was denied the billed the patients directly
My family was a long time patient of Berkshire Dental Group They scheduled all preventative dental appointments for the entire familyThen they started scheduling appointments sooner that allowable by the carrier and the claims were subsequently denied, this happened twiceWhen I spoke to the office Manager ***, she told me that it was not their responsibility to advise me what my benefit date areHowever, I happen to know that they check every time to make sure that you have insurance benefits I can see a mistake happening once, this happened twice The last straw was performing a service that is an additional cost out of pocket and not telling you until check out
