I am writing to you in response to your concerns about your recent rental at *** *** ** ***I am sorry that you did not feel that the home was to your liking, in regards to the trees covering the front of the homeWe have offered this home for rent for many years, and have never had a
complaint about the trees and landscaping, as most guests say they enjoy the privacy as the home sits on a busyintersection.I understand there were some other minor issues with the home, but you requested that they get fixed after you had left. I can see your point about the photos of the home being somewhat misleading, we have since changed them on our websiteHowever I do not feel that it warrants a 50% refund of your rental.The owner has refused to offer a reimbursementI am willing to refund you all of the money that we collected on thisrental from our fees, which would come to $I hope you find this an adequate solution,and that is all I can do.We will be forwarding a check to your address in ***Once again, I apologize for the circumstances
