assist and fulfill the service functions she provides her clients may have been misunderstood by the complainant.  During an active real estate transaction there are sometimes deadlines that must be met.  It most often falls to the agent to assist the seller in complying with these requirements in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the transaction.  While there was a misunderstanding regarding our scope of services, we feel there was no ethical misconduct during this transaction by either our agent or the escrow company. All privacy issues were maintained within the normal business conducted by our agent on behalf of their client and by the escrow company in pursuing their duties to the client. With the agreement of the client, the transaction was moved to another agent (Associate Broker in this case) and I believe that the original issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
