August Paul [redacted] & Elizabeth [redacted] are indeed real estate agents with our company, BHHS CNY Realty They are also general contractors and do remodeling & refurnishing of residential properties in the central New York area They did completely remodel & update the property located at [redacted] Ms [redacted] Entered into a Contract to Purchase for this property and as a condition of the Purchase Contract she included a contingency for a home inspection to be conducted on her behalf The selection of the home inspector was Ms [redacted] All items sited by her inspector were corrected and receipts provided to Ms [redacted] Thereupon, Ms [redacted] signed the Removal of Contract Contingencies indicating her satisfaction with same She continued on to complete the steps necessary to purchase the homeA "Pre-Closing Inspection" of the property was a stipulation of the Purchase Contract Ms [redacted] did complete the Pre-Closing Inspection which provided her with a Final Opportunity to bring up any issues prior to the Formal Closing on the PropertyMs [redacted] continued to the closing without further notice to Mr [redacted] or Ms [redacted] She signed all documents necessary to Transfer the Title of the property from Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] to Ms [redacted] Respectfully submitted,Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services CNY Realty

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,*** ***I did request receipts from contractors doing the work on the home and only received ONE receipt for a minimum of the repairs Yes, I did pay for a home inspection but as I stated and as my insurance agent as well as my contractor stated the rotted wood was behind the walls An inspector nor I could see through the walls to see the rot The contractors who did the work for the realtors could see the rot when the new flooring as well as the new moulding was installed and chose to ignore the issue instead of address it I also stated that the closing was in February so the ground was covered with snow so the incorrect grading could not be seen MsWaterbury and MrKarma are also aware of the leak in the downstairs wall and closet the day we were moving boxes in because they sent a plumber over to correct the issues resulting in the plumbing being fixed but not the drywall caused by the leak I am still interested in obtaining the receipts of repair from the realtors The only way to resolve the issue is to have them pay for the rotted wood that was covered up to be replaced and the drywall to be repaired as well as painted and new moulding as well as to reimburse me for the incorrectly done grading
