Review: On 11/25/2013 I went to go look at a townhome at this place.In order to ensure I would get the town home I looked at,I had to put down a security deposit of 100.00.During that time their representative [redacted] took down all of my information so I could apply for this home.When I got there she asked me what my price range was up to & I told her no more than 1000.00 a month,she then advised me that the 799.00 2bedroom apt that I called about & wanted to look at was no longer avaiable the only one she had left was the 919.00 2 bedroom apt.I advise her it is ok, I will still take it.So she takes my deposit & all of my application information & we shook hands & she said she will be calling me tomorrow to advise me if I got the place or not.So later on I went home & got back on [redacted] to see if I could find other apts incase this one fell through.As I am looking I see that they post a 2bedroom apt from the same place for 799.00.That ticked me off because she just told me none were avaiable.So the next day comes & she says that all of my information for some reason did not save & we could do all that again over the phone.I advise [redacted] that I did not want to go through that process again that she can just refund the sec dep because I was still upset how she lied to me about the apt I really wanted for 799.00 was not avaiable but in reality it was and she just did not want to tell me.So she said ok I will put in for your 100.00 to be returned to you & she was going to mail it to the mailing address I gave her,she said it can take 7-10 days because it was coming from her home office.Needless to say it is 12/17 and I still have no check.I called out to their office on 12/13 and spoke to [redacted] and she said she was going to email [redacted] and have her call me regarding this.I have not heard from [redacted],I even emailed [redacted] myself on 12/16 and she has yet to respond back.I feel this is very unprofessional and I would like for this matter to be handled,so I am coming to the Revdex.com- thank youDesired Settlement: 100.00

Review: I applied for a rental and paid a deposit on my debit card to hold an apartment. I was later told that my application had been denied and I would be refunded the deposit. That was a month ago. I still have yet to receive a refund of any sort even though I paid with my debit card the co. can't simply reverse the charges and refund me on the card used the co. has to send me a check. Every-time I call to inquire about the refund check the staff ,[redacted], gives me the run around. first they said it would take 1-2 weeks then 2-4weeks, now they cant give me any info. Since it was for a rental I have since moved and am concerned the check if ever sent will get lost in the mail, I would like the 100. refund to be added back to the card I used. Also the agent [redacted] did not inform me that it could take up to 4 weeks or longer to receive a refund and it would be by check.Desired Settlement: Refund-Credit Card Credit

I am rejecting this response because: I've been told "that the funds will be in your account" story by this co. before. There is no reason why they can't refund my account immediately. The error is theirs to correct.
